Vivid IP is excited to announce that our attorneys were included in Super Lawyers’ annual lists for the state of Georgia this year!

Our founder, Marcy Sperry, has been named for the first time as a Georgia Super Lawyer! She was previously a listee in 2010 and 2011 as a Georgia Rising Star, prior to founding Vivid IP.

Alex Aron and Beth B. Moore have been named as Georgia Rising Stars for the second year in a row!

Tayah Woodard has been named to the Georgia Rising Stars list for the first time in her career!

A little bit about Super Lawyers: it’s a roster of incredible lawyers in every practice area in each state, chosen by peers annually for their professional achievements. Each year, only 2.5% of lawyers in each state are chosen by Super Lawyers for this accomplishment.

Marcy has over 15 years of experience across trademark and IP litigation. After absorbing the corporate side of law, Marcy sensed that her clients were looking for a more progressive approach—so she built Sperry IP Law. After two years of gathering a team of like-minded attorneys, she rebranded her firm as Vivid IP: a direct reflection of the bold, inspired ideas our clients are pursuing. Her belief that the true value of your intellectual property is measured by the time you have invested, the sacrifices made, and the hard work you put in is what sets her apart.

Alex Aron spends her time as a Vivid IP partner carefully establishing and defending clients’ brands and IP portfolios. She’s developed a reputation for providing tech brands with end-to-end protection for their assets. Between her knack for understanding business objectives, her love of emerging technology, and her experience across trademarks, patents, and IP licensing, Alex has extensive insight to offer her clients.

Beth B. Moore has built an impressive legal and legislative career. While acting as a senior counsel member here at Vivid IP, she also represents Georgia’s House District 95—and is currently running to represent Senate District 7. As an entertainment lawyer, her focus is assisting clients in navigating the complexities of legal and business needs in every creative process. Her expertise includes business formation, partnership agreements, management agreements, and contract negotiations. Her detailed knowledge and love of arts and the entertainment world make her an ideal partner for creators, performers, and producers alike.

Tayah Woodard previously worked for a litigation group and clerking in the Middle District of Georgia for the U.S. District Court. In April of 2021, she launched her career grounded specifically in intellectual property at Vivid IP. She interacts with every aspect of the clearance, prosecution, and litigation of our clients’ trademarks and copyright dealings. Coupled with her varied experience, her determination, ambition, and confidence make her a natural litigator.

Congratulations to Marcy Sperry, Alex Aron, Beth B. Moore, and Tayah Woodard on receiving this great honor! We love that our fantastic attorneys are being recognized for their hard work. You can learn more about our team and their experience here.
